What is your return policy? 

All paintings, products, prints, and gift cards are final sale. I am here to help and want you to love your order, so if you do happen to have a problem, please email me at christine@christinedoretrant.com. 

How long will it take for my painting to arrive? 

All paintings ship within 2 weeks via UPS ground shipping, which typically delivers in 1-5 business days (barring any delays they may be experiencing). You will receive an email with your shipping tracking number; please allow a couple days for the tracking information to update with the carrier.

How do I take care of my painting?

The number one thing you can do to take of original art is to hang it out of direct sunlight. Occasionally dusting artwork with a soft, clean, dry cloth will also help protect it.

Do you do custom paintings/commissions?

Yes, but on a very limited basis depending on my schedule. Please email me at christine@christinedoretrant.com with your custom request and I will let you know if I can accommodate it.
